WoundNote.io is a clinical documentation platform for wound care practices. Patient records are not public website content. Clinical features require sign-in, and access is restricted by practice membership, assigned roles and permissions.

Clinical record safeguards

The application uses authenticated endpoints for patient documents and wound photos. Photo processing removes embedded EXIF metadata, and clinical access and changes are recorded in audit logs. Your practice remains responsible for managing its users and deciding who is authorized to access its records.
